𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙍𝙤𝙡𝙚 We’re hiring a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst (4+ yrs) to build impactful dashboards, analyze trends, and drive performance reporting across Finance, Product & Risk. Hands-on with Power BI, SQL/Snowflake, Power Automate, Python is essential. Credit-card/portfolio analytics and SOX/PCI/PII exposure are strong pluses.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙔𝙤𝙪’𝙡𝙡 𝘿𝙤 • Build interactive Power BI dashboards (advanced DAX, Power Query) • Optimize SQL on Snowflake; design reliable data models & marts • Lead Monthly Business Reports with crisp insights & storytelling • Automate refresh/distribution/alerts via Power Automate + Python utilities • Design scalable BI (Workspaces, AAD, RLS, deployment pipelines) • Implement DQ checks, reconciliation & anomaly detection (Python/SQL) • Tune performance (Aggregations, DirectQuery, Incremental Refresh) • Explore Power BI Embedded for app/portal integration

𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙩-𝙃𝙖𝙫𝙚 • 4+ yrs BI/Reporting (≥1 yr lead/tech-lead) • DW/Data Lake fundamentals; Snowflake + strong SQL • Power BI: DAX, Power Query Editor, RLS, Incremental Refresh, scheduled refresh • Comfortable with large .pbix >1 GB; member-level access in Service • Python for automation; Bash/Unix/Linux basics • Power Automate, Power BI Gateway, PBI App publishing • Production job orchestration (scheduling/monitoring/troubleshooting) • Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure); AWS S3 CLI a plus • BFSI/credit-card analytics; strong documentation & stakeholder comms • Governance: SOX/PCI/PII best practices
