🔑 What You’ll Do Develop & manage the email marketing calendar, campaigns, and automated journeys. Segment audiences and create targeted lifecycle flows (welcome, re-engagement, cart recovery, post-purchase, etc.). Collaborate with content, design, product & sales teams for cohesive campaigns. Write engaging, brand-aligned copy with strong subject lines and CTAs. Monitor KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions) and run A/B testing for optimization. Ensure deliverability best practices and email list hygiene. 🛠️ Key Skills We’re Looking For Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, or similar. Strong understanding of segmentation, automation & analytics. Knowledge of GDPR & CAN-SPAM compliance. Copywriting excellence with a creative & data-driven approach. Bonus: Experience in DTC, SaaS, or eCommerce industries.
