🔹 Senior Marketing Specialist 📍 Location: Cairo (with visits to Porto Sporting Clubs in Port Said, Minya, North Coast & Sokhna)

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline). - Manage sports events, tournaments, and entertainment activations & events. - Develop communication strategies to grow awareness & memberships. - Handle partnerships, and brand collaborations. - Work closely with agencies to manage creatives, media buying briefs & production. - Prepare reports, presentations, and optimize campaigns.

Requirements: - Experience in marketing (sports/events background is a plus). - Strong knowledge of events, digital marketing, media planning & campaign management. - Excellent project management, budgeting, and communication skills. - Team leadership & agency/vendor management. - Previous agency experience is a strong plus.

🔹 Social Media Specialist Key Responsibilities: - Manage monthly social media content calendars across platforms. - Oversee digital coverage for events, and digital media production. - Create engaging posts, reels, and stories with the creative team. - Launch and optimize sponsored ads/media buying (Meta, TikTok, Google – basic). - Allocate and manage budgets for sponsored ads, ensuring best ROI and awareness reach. - Monitor performance (organic + paid), monthly reports, and recommend improvements. - Stay up to date with social media and paid ads trends, applying them to campaigns. - Support live coverage for sports events, tournaments, and activations.

Requirements: - 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management & media buying. - Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager. - Copywriting skills in English & Arabic. - Basic design/video editing knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, or similar). - Experience in the sports industry is a plus.
