Hiring Remote Medical Interpreter (Portuguese–English) — (Brasil)

We’re hiring experienced Portuguese–English Medical Interpreters (OPI/VRI) in Brazil. You’ll provide consecutive interpretation for healthcare encounters (primary care, ER, insurance, mental health) ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with professional ethics.

Responsibilities • Provide consecutive interpretation (PT↔EN) for medical calls/video sessions (OPI/VRI). • Render meaning, tone, and intent accurately following medical terminology. • Observe confidentiality, impartiality, and industry standards (Code of Ethics). • Document basic encounter info when required and collaborate with QA. Must-have qualifications • Portuguese–English proficiency (C1/C2). • 1+ year proven medical interpreting experience (OPI and/or VRI). • Stable high‑speed internet, USB headset, quiet workspace. • Availability across shifts (set your preferred hours). • Familiarity with healthcare systems, insurance, behavioral health.
