The selected resource will create high-quality technical documentation including user guides, integration guides, help manuals, training materials, and application specifications. Top Skills & Experience Required: ✔️ 5+ years – Technical writing/editing for the software development industry ✔️ 4+ years – Technical writing/editing for the financial industry ✔️ 4+ years – Developing online source documentation, manuals, and training materials ✔️ 4+ years – Maintaining documentation libraries and controlling access to documentation ✔️ 3+ years – Microsoft Office Suite experience ✔️ Strong written & verbal communication skills Preferred Skills: 🔹 Experience with Azure DevOps / Jira 🔹 Familiarity with SEM/PMM methodologies 🔹 Prior experience with State or Federal Government projects Key Details: ✅ Hybrid – Onsite 2 days/week in Lansing, MI (local candidates within 90 mins only) ✅ Submissions close: 9/9 at 10:00 AM EST ✅ Interview Process: Virtual via MS Teams (vendor presence required at start) ✅ Candidate photo screenshot required at interview This is a key documentation role supporting a large-scale project at the State of Michigan.
