📢 We’re Hiring: Recruitment Strategy & Planning Specialist (BSC-RSP)

Are you passionate about creating data-driven hiring strategies that drive company growth? We’re looking for a Recruitment Strategy & Planning Specialist to design, manage, and optimize recruitment strategies aligned with our business goals.

🔹 Location: Remote 🔹 Employment Type: Full-Time 🔹 Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM (Local Time)

In this role, you’ll:

🔹 Develop and execute annual hiring plans and recruitment KPIs. 🔹 Conduct workforce analytics to forecast hiring needs and track performance. 🔹 Build dashboards and reports to measure recruitment effectiveness. 🔹 Collaborate with HR and Operations to enhance process efficiency and candidate experience. 🔹 Support employer branding and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. ✅ 1+ year of experience in recruitment strategy, HR analytics, or workforce planning. ✅ Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in Google Workspace tools.

💡 Certification in HR Analytics or Strategic HR is a plus.
