Key Responsibilities:1. Simplifying Technical ContentConvert complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and concise information suitable for both technical and non-technical users.Maintain a consistent tone, structure, and terminology across all documents.3. Technical Content for Multiple PlatformsProduce technical content for digital platforms such as websites, internal knowledge bases, and customer support portals.Create visual aids such as diagrams, charts, and flowcharts to enhance understanding.Support bilingual documentation
