Job Title: Junior Technical Writer Location: Chennai, India Experience: 1-4 years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Employment Type: Full-Time

Technical Skills: - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Experience in using documentation tools like RoboHelp 2019. - Experience in Agile framework, JIRA, and Confluence. - Experience in developing HTML based context-sensitive help within the web application. - Familiar with graphic tools such as SNAGIT.

Writing Skills: - Ability to understand and quickly assimilate necessary information from the application. - Write/update content for: Installation Guide, User Guide, Administrator Guide, Release Notes, Online Help, Tutorials. - Good understanding of documentation best practices. - Strong written communication skills. - Experience with Microsoft Style Guide. - Ability to adhere to company-specific Style Guide.

Additional Notes: - Certification in Technical Writing is mandatory. - Work from office only (no WFH/Hybrid). - First level of technical discussion will be face-to-face
