SEO Specialist (HCM Office, On-Site) Citrus Media Pte Ltd is one of Singapore’s leading independent publishing houses, with well-known titles like Blissful Brides, Hospitality Resource Directory, and clubpets. We also organise BOWS – Blissful Outdoor Wedding Show, Singapore’s largest wedding event.

We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to grow organic traffic and visibility for our Singapore websites. You’ll work across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, and analytics to deliver measurable growth in leads, RSVPs, and event ticket sales.

1. What You’ll Do - Develop and execute SEO strategies for Singapore sites - Conduct keyword research & create content briefs - Optimise on-page elements and improve technical SEO health - Plan SEO-driven content calendars with writers & designers - Track performance via GA4, Search Console & Looker Studio - Collaborate with developers, designers & marketing teams

2. What We’re Looking For - 2–4+ years proven SEO experience with strong results - Excellent English writing & editing for SEO content - Hands-on with GA4, Search Console, WordPress & SEO tools - Strong knowledge of ranking factors, crawl/indexation & SERP features

3. Nice to Have: Experience with Singapore market/keywords, technical SEO (schema, CWV, GTM), and tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush.
