Localization Specialist Job

Vacancy: Senior Architect Location: District 5

Part of the duties/responsibilities: -Review and manage all technical packages submitted by external consultants, verifying adherence to design intent, and technical standards. -Coordinate closely with consultants (architecture, structure, MEP, facade, landscape, interior) to resolve technical issues and maintain design intent through coordination meetings. -⁠Ensure consultant deliverables align with project brief and design intent. -Lead design coordination meetings and provide feedback. -Oversee compliance with local codes, regulations, and development standards. -Support internal teams (procurement, construction) with technical input. -Review material specifications, shop drawings, and mock-ups.

Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering. -7+ years of relevant experience, preferably within a consultancy and managing company real‑estate developer environment or developer projects. -Strong technical proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and BIM coordination software. -Strong knowledge of building codes, fire & life safety regulations, materials, facade systems, and construction methodologies.
