🚀 We’re hiring: Creative Conceptualizer & On-Camera Creator (Indonesia)

Kommo is an international IT company with over 7 years of experience and official state accreditation. Our innovative CRM platform helps thousands of businesses — from startups to enterprises — boost sales and build better customer relationships.

Now, we’re looking for a creative storyteller and on-camera creator who can bring our brand to life for the Indonesian audience!

🎬 What You’ll Do: - Create 5–10 short videos each month (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) - Keep up with Indonesian social media trends and adapt ideas accordingly - Be the on-camera presenter and scriptwriter for Kommo’s content - Collaborate with our team on creative concepts and storytelling - Localize Kommo’s global campaigns for the Indonesian market

🎯 What We’re Looking For: - Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English - Experience (1+ year) creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) - Skilled in editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush) - Basic filming and design knowledge (lighting, framing, Canva/Figma) - Strong grasp of social media dynamics — hooks, hashtags, and engagement tactics

🌟 Nice to Have: - Experience working with tech or SaaS brands - Hosting experience (live sessions, webinars, or online events) - Basic motion graphics or advanced video editing skills

💼 Work Conditions: - Remote (based in Indonesia) - Part-time position with flexible schedule
