Social & Email Marketing Specialist Location: McLean, VA (Remote)
About the Role INTEGRINN is seeking a creative and data-driven Social & Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media and email channels. You’ll play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, driving engagement, and generating qualified leads that support our business growth objectives. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Plan, design, and deploy email marketing campaigns — including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip sequences.
• Manage and grow INTEGRINN’s social media presence by creating engaging, relevant, and on-brand content.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, engagement, conversions) and prepare actionable reports.
• Collaborate with sales and business teams to align marketing campaigns with company goals and lead generation strategies.
• Ensure all digital communications maintain brand consistency, tone, and messaging.
• Use automation and CRM tools to manage campaign workflows and segmentation.
• Support content creation efforts, including blog posts, case studies, and video campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience targeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media management and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for detail and brand alignment.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, email campaign metrics).
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. . Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in B2B marketing or IT consulting/services industries.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid social campaigns.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation.
• Experience with marketing analytics dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Certification in digital marketing, HubSpot, or Google Analytics is a plus.
