About the Role

We are seeking a creative and professional Marketing Specialist & Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our brand identity, producing impactful visual content, and executing effective marketing strategies to strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

🎨 Graphic Design & Visual Identity • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials (brochures, social media posts, presentations, advertisements, etc.). • Ensure all designs follow brand identity and guidelines. • Create innovative designs for internal and external communications.

📲 Digital Marketing & Promotion • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, website, etc.). • Support promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract new clients. • Collaborate with management to design campaigns aligned with company goals. • Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports with improvement recommendations.

🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration • Work closely with sales and operations teams to create marketing materials that support business growth. • Contribute to organizing events and other marketing activities.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field. • Proven experience in graphic design and marketing (preferably in service industries). • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva or similar tools. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms. • Excellent creativity, communication, and project management skills. • Ability to work flexibly both independently and within a team.
