HIRING Global SEO Specialist (Work From Home) Company: PAIOS — Global Industrial & Marine Equipment Supplier Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Industry: Industrial Equipment, Marine, Offshore, Energy

Position Overview We are looking for a Global SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead all SEO-related tasks and ensure that the PAIOS website ranks among the top Google search results globally for key industrial equipment keywords. The role includes strategy, implementation, and performance analysis of all SEO and related digital growth activities.

Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO plan focused on Google organic ranking for industrial and marine equipment keywords. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend monitoring (B2B industrial focus). Optimize Wix-based PAIOS site for on-page and off-page SEO (titles, meta tags, internal linking, schema, image optimization, etc.). Build and maintain SEO-friendly content architecture (landing pages, blog posts, product categories).

Content & Keyword Management Identify and manage target global keywords. Collaborate with content writers or use AI-assisted tools to create optimized, factual, and industry-relevant content. Maintain keyword placement across meta tags, titles, alt texts, structured data, and blog content.

Technical SEO Implement Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Wix SEO tools for monitoring and reporting. Improve site load speed, mobile responsiveness, and site structure for better crawlability. Manage sitemap.xml, robots.txt, and other technical elements. Ensure compliance with Google Core Web Vitals and continuous updates.

Off-Page SEO & Backlink Strategy Establish high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and industry partnerships. Coordinate listings on global industrial directories, procurement portals, and B2B marketplaces. Build relationships with reputable sites for link-building in marine and industrial sectors.

Analytics & Reporting Track ranking positions, impressions, CTR, conversions, and domain authority metrics. Provide monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights and growth recommendations. Continuously improve ranking strategies based on analytics results.

Requirements Proven experience in Global SEO, ideally in B2B / industrial / marine sectors. Proficiency with Wix SEO, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs / SEMrush / SurferSEO or similar tools. Strong understanding of keyword intent, link-building, content hierarchy, and technical SEO. Experience managing SEO for multi-brand or multi-product portfolios. Excellent written English Ability to work independently, remotely, and report results clearly.

Compensation Monthly salary (depending on experience). Flexible remote working hours.
