🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Writer (Protocol Documentation)

📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India 💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years in technical documentation for software products/services 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to create accurate, clear, and comprehensive documentation for protocols, APIs, and network communications. You’ll work closely with developers, engineers, and content teams to ensure our technical documents meet the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and usability.

🔹 What You’ll Do: Document new/updated protocols and APIs Create and manage work items in Azure DevOps (ADO) Test and verify protocol behavior on Windows Servers/Clients Resolve Technical Documentation Issues (TDIs) Collaborate with Protocol Support Engineers to provide workarounds and fixes Use tools like Wireshark for protocol analysis Ensure compliance with documentation templates and guidelines

🔹 What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in writing technical documentation for software products/services Proficiency in documenting protocols and APIs Familiarity with networking protocols and packet analysis tools Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication & collaboration skills
