No F1, OPT and CPT We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Payments & Transaction Banking to join our team. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between Business, Technology & Stakeholders to gather and translate requirements. Create and maintain documentation: process flows, functional specs, user stories, etc. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Perform basic SQL queries for data analysis and validation. Support international payment processing and compliance. 🔑 Required Skills: 8–10 years of experience in the Payments domain. Strong knowledge of SWIFT framework, MT & MX messages, ISO 20022, and SEPA. Background in Banking / Financial Transactions. Experience with Jira & Confluence for documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 🌟 Good to Have: Experience working in Agile/Iterative methodologies.
