Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to create high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent writing skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and maintain user manuals, API documentation, release notes, and online help content.  Collaborate with SMEs and engineering teams to gather information and understand product functionalities.  Ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all documentation.  Organize complex information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand content.  Edit and proofread technical content for grammar, style, and adherence to company standards.  Maintain and update existing documentation in response to product changes and feedback.  Work with design teams to enhance document presentation and usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.  4–6 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a software or IT environment.  Proficiency with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, FrameMaker, Confluence, or MS Word.  Experience with API documentation and tools like Swagger or Postman is a plus.  Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Good to Have:

Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, or XML.  Exposure to version control tools like Git.  Knowledge of DITA framework or structured authoring practices.    Work from office Interested candidates can share the Profiles to this 8939333163
