📍 Hybrid | San Jose, CA

Are you the kind of writer who can turn complex network configurations into clear, engaging documentation? Trilyon, Inc. is looking for a Senior Technical Writer with deep experience in the Networking, Telecom, Cloud, or Storage domain.

If acronyms like DITA, XML, and TCP/IP don’t scare you — and you love translating engineering brilliance into documentation that actually makes sense — we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do: ✨ Create high-quality docs from scratch (not just edits!) — guides, specs, APIs, how-tos, and more. 🧩 Work hands-on with DITA/XML in Oxygen XML Editor. 🎬 Build short instructional videos with Adobe Acrobat Suite. 🧠 Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and support teams to keep content accurate and up-to-date. 📄 Maintain consistency and excellence using advanced MS Word tools (styles, macros).
