At Outsourcing Technologies, we’re looking for a motivated Email Marketing Specialist to lead our international B2B outreach and help us generate qualified leads and meaningful business conversations.

What You’ll Do: * Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns for international clients * Craft clear, persuasive, and engaging email content * Segment and personalize audiences for maximum engagement * Track & analyze campaign performance to improve Meetings & SQLs * Manage CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) * Ensure GDPR compliance across all campaigns

What We’re Looking For: * 4+ years of B2B email marketing (preferably in IT / ITES) * Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) * Hands-on with HubSpot, SalesLoft, Outreach.io * Strong analytical mindset & data-driven approach * Ability to leverage AI tools for smarter content creation
