Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement growth strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms - Manage personal branding initiatives for executives and leadership   - Plan, create, and schedule engaging content: Posts, Reels, Stories, Carousels, blogs, and videos. - Write compelling copy for social media, Email campaigns, Website updates - Use CRM tools to manage leads, nurture relationships, and track performance - Produce high-quality video content (interviews, explainers, behind-the-scenes, reels)   - Leverage AI tools for content creation, design, analytics, and automation   - Build and manage email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions - Monitor, analyze, and report on performance using analytics & insights tools   - Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platform updates

Qualifications & Skills   - 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or Content Strategist - Strong expertise in LinkedIn & Instagram growth strategies - Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), Threads, or Pinterest is a plus  - Excellent content writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills   - Proficiency with design & video editing tools: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, HeyGen, etc. - Hands-on experience with CRM & Email Marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)   - Familiarity with AI-driven tools for marketing and analytics   - Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize based on insights   - Excellent time management, multitasking, and execution skills
