Interpreter Job

We are seeking talented and dedicated Audio Interpreters to handle inbound calls and deliver outstanding service for our international customers. You will interpret live calls accurately and professionally, ensuring a seamless communication experience between English speakers and speakers of the target languages.

Job Type: Full-time | Remote (UAE-based only) Rotational shifts: 24/7 coverage – 9 working hours per day (including 1-hour break). 2 rotational days off per week.

Job Requirements:

Previous customer service experience is an advantage. Education: University degree or equivalent preferred. High school graduates or university dropouts (at least one year) may also apply. Strong computer literacy and ability to use internet applications. Excellent listening and communication skills. Must have a private and quiet workspace, as calls involve confidential information.

Languages Required (C1+ Fluency in both): English ⇄ Oromo English ⇄ Russian English ⇄ Turkish English ⇄ Uzbek English ⇄ Dari
