We’re looking to hire a "Sr. Media Buyer & Marketing Operator".

Can own the execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns while also helping build the internal marketing machine at Client Igniters. Will be responsible for running campaigns, writing copy, collaborating with creatives, improving marketing systems, and ensuring everything runs smoothly at scale.

This role is NOT for agencies or freelancers, we are seeking a FT employee who will grow with us long-term and play a key role in shaping the future of the agency.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Media Buying & Campaign Management •⁠ ⁠Launch and manage Meta lead generation campaigns (lead forms + landing pages). •⁠ ⁠Monitor performance daily, optimize CPL and CPBC, and ensure campaigns consistently hit KPI targets.

Copywriting

•⁠ ⁠Write direct-response copy for Facebook video ad scripts and landing pages. •⁠ ⁠Create ad variations that drive clicks, conversions, and booked calls.

Creative Strategy & Collaboration:

•⁠ ⁠Develop new ad angles and concepts to produce winning creatives predictably. •⁠ ⁠Work with our creative team: send ad scripts, review delivered assets, and launch campaigns.

Reporting & Client Communication:

•⁠ ⁠Set up dashboards to track KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI. •⁠ ⁠Proactively update clients via Slack and maintain strong communication. •⁠ ⁠Surface insights and ideas for continuous campaign improvement.

Marketing Operator Functions (Right Hand Role)

•⁠ ⁠Build, refine, and document SOPs for marketing operations and fulfillment. •⁠ ⁠Improve efficiency of campaign workflows, reporting, and creative testing loops. •⁠ ⁠Identify bottlenecks in our marketing systems and propose/implement solutions.

Serve as the operational backbone of our marketing team — making sure systems run smoothly and scale predictably.

What We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience running profitable Meta lead generation campaigns (local business preferred). •⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with VSL funnels, booked call campaigns, and dashboard reporting. •⁠ ⁠Strong copywriting ability for ads and funnels. •⁠ ⁠Fluent English (US-based preferred; overseas applicants must be highly fluent and experienced). •⁠ ⁠Always available and responsive, with strong communication skills. •⁠ ⁠Intelligent, resourceful, and quick to solve problems. •⁠ ⁠Output-oriented, efficient, and reliable. •⁠ ⁠Loyal, integrous, and committed to doing what you say you will do.
