🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Writer / Validation Analyst | 12+ Month Contract | [Remote] Our client, a leading global life sciences organization, is seeking an experienced Technical Writer / Validation Analyst to support documentation and validation of laboratory instrumentation software in compliance with EMA guidelines. This role will focus on ensuring software documentation accuracy, risk assessment, and adherence to PPD IT SOPs within a regulated environment. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document software requirements Develop and maintain validation test cases Document software specifications and system configurations Create clear infrastructure and data flow diagrams Conduct and document risk assessments Collaborate with IT, QA, and engineering teams to ensure compliance with EMA / PPD SOPs 💡 Must-Have Skills Proven experience in technical writing and software validation Strong understanding of requirements documentation and test case creation Ability to create data flow and infrastructure diagrams Excellent attention to detail and communication skills 🎯 Preferred Skills Experience with EMA / FDA / GxP / CSV compliance Background in Pharma / Life Sciences / Regulated Environments Familiarity with instrumentation software and risk management
