Skills needed:

● Experience as a creator, whether in-house, at an agency, or even managing your own social channels or side projects

● Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and leading the creative process with influencers to develop distinctive content

● Bonus if you’ve worked with design tools (Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Figma and others)

● A natural storyteller with a knack for making content personal, engaging, and shareable, with copywriting that makes people smile

● Appreciation for cultural nuances across diverse audiences - from tech enthusiasts, photographers, and gamers, to casual viewers

● Basic understanding of analytics - what’s working, what’s not, and why

● Self-motivated, with leadership and a business mindset focused on driving impact and results for the brand

● Fluent in English (written and spoken)
