Job Description: Provide strategic and technical guidance for SCADA modernization and IT-OT convergence. Define architectural principles including cybersecurity, redundancy, and disaster recovery. Develop integration inventories across GIS, SAP, MDMS, and market systems. Advise the steering committee on vendor suitability and risk posture. Establish performance metrics and system optimization strategies. Document governance processes and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Guide infrastructure sizing and BOQ preparation for phased execution. Identify risks and ensure mitigation strategies are embedded in the execution plan. Monitor implementation progress and ensure alignment with transformation milestones.
