Urgent Hiring for Content Creator – Social Media

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to manage and grow our brand’s presence on social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating engaging reels, videos, and other digital content that drives brand awareness, builds community, and increases followers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality reels, short-form videos, and engaging social content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

Create trending, relatable, and brand-relevant content to maximize reach and engagement.

Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and brand goals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand tone, voice, and visual identity are consistent across all content.

Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, memes, and pop culture to integrate into brand promotions.

Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and optimize content strategies accordingly.

Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community-building activities.

Support brand campaigns with innovative storytelling and creative video ideas.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Executive (preferably in consumer, lifestyle, or digital-first brands).

Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and graphic design (experience with tools like CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.).

Ability to think creatively and execute viral-worthy ideas.

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and TikTok trends (if applicable).

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or local language if required).

Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with marketing teams.

A portfolio or examples of past reels/videos is a must.

Preferred Skills:

Good knowledge of and influencer collaborations.

Experience in scriptwriting for reels and video campaigns.

Photography skills for product/lifestyle shoots.
