The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to engage audiences, nurture leads, and drive conversions for our clients.   Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns. Build and segment email lists for maximum engagement. Design engaging email templates aligned with brand guidelines. Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions). Implement A/B testing to optimise subject lines, CTAs, and content. Ensure compliance with best practices and anti-spam regulations. Collaborate with the creative and content team for impactful messaging.   Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing. Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo). Knowledge of automation workflows and customer journey mapping. Good analytical and reporting skills.
