We are looking for following profiles for a RFP based opportunity for Himachal Pradesh (Need to be based out of Shimla during the project period, i.e 2.5 years): 1. Team Leader cum Horticulture Business Management & Enterprise Development Expert : Master’s in business management, Rural Management, Agri Business Management with BSc-Agri-Horti (preferably), Minimum 15 years of experience in Agri-Horti value chain development, FPO promotion, Business Planning, Promotion of Rural Business, Enterprise Development in agriculture/Horticulture field. Prior experience of working with Agri-Horti Producer Clusters and experience of working in hilly region shall be preferred. 2. Thematic Expert-1: Marketing, Market Linkages, Promotion Expert: Master’s in Business Management, Rural Management, Agri Business Management, etc., Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing of Agricultural Products, Promotion of Rural Business. Should have functional knowledge of quality certification, export documentation, etc Prior experience of working with Agri-Horti Producer Clusters and experience of working in hilly region shall be preferred. 3. Thematic Expert-2: IEC/branding, Outreach and Knowledge Management Expert: Master’s in advertising, Mass communication, Digital Marketing, Content Writing or any similar field, Minimum 10 years of experience in developing Outreach Programs, IEC Materials, branding and brand promotion etc. Prior experience of working with Agri-Horti Producer Clusters and experience of working in hilly region shall be preferred. 4. Thematic Expert-4: Financial Management Expert (15 months engagement in 2.5 years, no need of deployment): Master’s in Business Management (Finance), Rural Management, Agri Business Management, etc or equivalent Minimum 10 years of experience in developing business plans for FPOs, mobilizing commercial debt capital, Preparation review of financial aspects of DPR, Internal audit, training and capacity building, setting robust financial management systems in FPOs, managing FPOs compliances, statutory obligations etc. 5. Thematic Expert-6: Legal Expert (15 months engagement in 2.5 years, no need of deployment): Degree in Law, Commerce, Social Science or related field., Minimum 10 years of experience in providing legal advisory services, registration of Farmer Producer Companies and providing legal services to FPOs and other institutions on property-related legal matters, including land and water rights, legal matters for quality control, certification, and branding, contract review, drafting contracts and MoUs etc.
