Hiring : Brand & Growth Content Lead | Founder’s Office

At Beej, we are building the world’s finest Indian cooking ingredients.

I am looking for someone who can own how Beej shows up to the world across content, brand, and digital. This is a founder’s office role and comes with high ownership, high speed.

What you will do:

1/ Run our content engine: social, website, email, ads, everything digital.

2/ Shape brand voice & storytelling with me.

3/ Create & execute campaigns end-to-end.

4/ Drive performance marketing: sharp ad copies, experiments, ROI.

5/Build community & engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

What I am looking for:

- 2–5 years in content/brand/digital (consumer brand/D2C startup a plus).

- Scriptwriting, campaign execution without running to any agency for everything. Ideate, create, shoot. Most of it would be in house.

- Comfort (not necessarily expertise) with performance marketing & growth funnels. We will figure out this together.

-Sharp design eye, fast execution, uncompromised quality.

- Ability to use and navigate design tools will be a big plus
