🚀 We’re Hiring: Website Branding & Content Writer ✍️🌐

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital branding? We’re looking for a Website Branding & Content Writer to help us elevate our online presence and strengthen our customer experience initiatives. In this role, you’ll:

✨ Redesign and refresh website branding & content for a modern, client-focused experience. 📝 Write engaging blogs, case studies, and thought leadership articles. 📈 Align content with SEO best practices to boost visibility. 🤝 Collaborate with CX, operations, and marketing teams. 🎯 Translate complex topics (BPO & contact center services) into compelling stories.

What we’re looking for: ✔️ 3–5 years of experience in content writing, branding, or digital marketing. ✔️ Strong portfolio of impactful website/blog content. ✔️ SEO knowledge + CMS experience (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.). ✔️ Excellent storytelling, grammar, and collaboration skills. ✔️ Knowledge of the BPO contact center industry is a big plus! 📊 Bonus if you’re familiar with UX/UI principles and tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush.
