Content Strategist Job
Content Writer About the Role We are seeking a B2B technology content writer who can translate complex IT services and digital transformation themes into compelling stories that drive brand authority and business growth. You will develop original, insight-rich and keywords optimized/LLM search friendly content across multiple formats, collaborating with marketing, practice, pre-sales and design teams to elevate our thought leadership and accelerate demand generation. You’ll create case studies with business impact, thought leadership assets, solution-focused narratives, and conversion-driven campaign content across multiple channels collaborating closely with marketing, and design teams to build brand authority and generate pipeline. Key Responsibilities · Develop high-quality, original content tailored for B2B IT services audiences: blogs, website copy, case studies, whitepapers, ebooks, solution briefs, email campaigns, ad copy, video scripts, and social media. · Translate complex IT services, cyber security, cloud, integration, AI, and digital transformation topics into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, business leaders). · Build and manage an editorial calendar aligned to marketing campaigns, industry trends, and SEO opportunities. · Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Practice Leaders to align content themes with buyer journeys and solution priorities. · Optimize content for SEO (keywords, search intent, internal linking, on-page best practices). · Interview subject-matter experts, customers, and stakeholders to develop credible, insight-rich thought leadership assets. · Repurpose long-form content into engaging snippets, infographics, and social posts for multi-channel distribution. · Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all deliverables. · Monitor content performance (traffic, rankings, CTR, time on page, lead conversions) and refine content strategy based on insights. · Partner with design for visual storytelling and web/dev teams for CMS publishing. · Uphold editorial standards for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and compliance. Requirements · 4–5 years of professional content writing experience, ideally in B2B IT services, consulting, or enterprise technology. · Strong portfolio showcasing long-form thought leadership and conversion-focused short-form content. · Proven ability to research deeply, write for technical and executive audiences, and deliver on deadline. · Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth through content marketing in technology or consulting domains. · Working knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization. · Proficiency with CMS (e.g., WordPress), Google Docs/Workspace. · Strong collaboration skills with SMEs and stakeholders, with openness to feedback. · Excellent command of English: grammar, clarity, and style. Nice to Have · Experience with marketing automation platforms (Make.com/N8N) for content distribution and reporting. #hiring
