🌟 We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant (Technical Writer) 🌟

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant with strong technical writing skills to support the development of training materials and operational manuals for new franchisees. The ideal candidate has a background in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field, with a proven ability to create clear, engaging, and structured content.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and update training documents, operational manuals, and instructional materials for franchise operations. Create well-structured content with defined objectives, detailed information, and case studies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine information. Ensure all written materials adhere to company standards, tone, and brand guidelines. Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy. Perform additional administrative and content-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or related field. Proven experience in technical writing or content development. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to organize information logically and present complex topics clearly. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with documentation tools is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines. Experience in franchise operations or training content development is an advantage.
