French Scriptwriter Job

For my client Forever Estates UAE we are looking for a Head of YouTube & Social Growth. Want to obsess over YouTube every day, and get to work with me on a weekly basis? This might be your shot!

🔑KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

YouTube

- Manage the main channel (the largest UAE real estate channel focused on investors).

- Streamline pre- and post-production workflows.

- Increase output volume while maintaining quality.

- Drive continuous performance improvements.

- Scale foreign language channels (starting with French and Arabic).

- Launch adjacent niche channels.

- Develop a personal branding channel for the CEO.

🤳Instagram & Short-Form Content

-Own top-of-funnel content creation (reels, optimized for IG).

- Manage middle-of-funnel content. Repurpose long-form videos into short-form.

- Oversee bottom-of-funnel content. Produce carousels and stories to convert followers into leads.

⭕Expansion into New Channels

- Lead experiments with LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Telegram, and other platforms.

- Define which channels merit original content vs. secondary distribution.

- Kick off launch and growth playbooks for each new platform.

👥Team Management

You will lead and expand a cross-functional team that currently includes:

- Scriptwriter - Three editors - Foreign channels team (channel manager, copywriters, editors)

- Proven leadership in social media growth and acquisition (YouTube + Instagram focus).

- Data-driven decision-making.

- Experience managing creative teams and cross-functional workflows.

- Excellent English (additional languages are a plus).

‼️OTHER DETAILS Full-time position. Reporting: Founder & CEO Relocation to Dubai preferred, but remote work is possible. Competitive compensation with performance-linked upside.
