Required skills: Functional/Technical Skills:

 2–3 years of experience in localization project coordination or project management support  Familiarity with TMS platforms (e.g., Project Director, Smartling, Phrase, XTM, Memsource, or SDL Trados)  Experience managing vendor relationships with Language Service Providers, cross functional teams  Basic understanding of file formats (e.g., JSON, XML, HTML) and CAT tools is a plus Soft Skills:  Clear and effective communicator (written and verbal) for communication with stakeholders across BMC stakeholders, and localization vendor teams.  Strong organizational and multitasking skills  Excellent written and verbal communication Languages

• Good to have: Besides English, proficiency in one of our top five supported languages: Japanese, French, German, Spanish, Brazilian-Portuguese, etc.

Education/Skills/Background • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration/Linguistics/Engineering) o Experience in technology/software domain o Certified Localization Project Manager/PMP
