As a Remote Bid Manager, you will: Track and evaluate incoming bid opportunities in target markets Own the full bid lifecycle — from RFIs/RFPs to tender submissions and handovers Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams on tailored proposals Draft or translate bid content in German and English with linguistic and cultural precision Maintain libraries of reusable bid content and monitor post-submission performance

What We’re Looking For 3–7 years of German‑language bid management experience, preferably across public and private sector clients in DACH and UK Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills Knowledge of European procurement portals and tender compliance standards Ability to work independently within a global remote team
