The Role We’re looking for a skilled Social Media Community Manager to own content and engagement across our events, agency brand, and live campaigns. You’ll plan and manage content calendars, run real-time social coverage at events, and bring the agency’s culture to life online. This role requires strong writing skills, fast content creation ability, and experience managing communities across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities - Develop content calendars and post across multiple platforms - Write, edit and proof content that reflects our brand tone - Monitor, engage and grow digital communities - Manage influencer and sponsor integrations - Capture and publish BTS content and agency culture moments - Attend live events and manage real-time content on site - Track and report on performance, audience insights and campaign results

Requirements - 5–10 years’ experience in social media management (agency or event-related preferred) - Excellent copywriting, editing and community engagement skills - Comfortable with real-time content creation (Reels, TikToks, Stories) - Proficient in content tools (Meta Suite, Sprout, Hootsuite, Later) - Working knowledge of reporting and analytics - Highly organised, deadline-driven, and confident under pressure - Bonus: Adobe Suite, influencer campaigns, CRM tools, paid social, basic video editing
