🚀 About the Role We’re seeking talented Development Support Specialists (DSS) to provide hands-on technical support to Meta’s internal software engineering teams. You’ll troubleshoot, build tools, and improve performance across internal applications and ML workflows — helping Meta engineers work smarter and faster. 🛠️ This is a support-focused, customer-facing technical role — ideal for someone with strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills. ⚙️ Key Responsibilities 🧩 Respond to and triage software support requests from client engineers 🔍 Analyze logs and code to identify root causes or responsible owners 🧠 Develop tools, scripts, and test cases to speed up support processes 📚 Work with technical writers to enhance internal documentation 📈 Generate reports for leadership on performance and issue metrics 💡 Suggest improvements to tools, processes, and the product roadmap 🤖 Use data tools to troubleshoot ML pipelines and improve model development cycles ⚡ Automate repetitive tasks and create reusable debugging utilities 🧠 Required Skills & Experience 👨‍💻 2–3 years of hands-on development using two or more of: C++, Java, or Python 🐧 Strong experience with Linux and Databases (SQL, NoSQL) 🌐 Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.) 🧰 Prior Application Support / Dev Support experience is a plus 🤓 Basic understanding of Machine Learning models & algorithms 🧩 1–2 years experience with ML model design, training, testing, or deployment preferred 💬 Excellent verbal and written communication skills 🌎 2–3 years of onsite experience in North America required 🧩 Interview Process 1️⃣ Technical round – includes a live coding test (language of your choice: C++, Java, or Python) 2️⃣ Managerial/communication round ⏱️ Candidates must be available on short notice and have no upcoming vacation plans. 💡 Open Roles 🔹 1 × Python Developer (DSS) 🔹 2 × Python, PHP, SQL Developers 🔹 5 × General DSS Developers (Java / C++ / Python) 🔹 1 × Senior DSS (DevOps / CI-CD experience) 📬 How to Apply If you’re ready to support and innovate at one of the world’s leading tech companies 🌍, send your resume to: 📧 ramakrishna@yochana.com or
