Varion Coffee is #HIRING Available for position:   Project Administrator (Mandarin Speaker) – Varion Coffee Location: Jakarta Pusat – Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Level: Staff / Entry Level   About the Role Varion Coffee is seeking a Mandarin-speaking fresh graduate to join our team as a Project Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and fluent in Mandarin, English, and/or Indonesian.   You will support project coordination and act as a Chinese Interpreter, assisting the team during meetings by providing real-time interpretation from Mandarin to English/Indonesian.   Responsibilities ● Provide live interpretation (Mandarin ↔ English/Indonesian) during meetings and discussions. ● Translate emails, documents, and meeting notes between Mandarin and English/Indonesian. ● Handle project documentation, filing, and simple reporting. ● Assist in preparing meeting materials and following up on action items or project progress. ● Update and maintain project trackers, schedules, or timelines. ● Support coordination between internal teams and external Chinese/Indonesian partners. ● Assist with general administrative and operational support for the project team.   Requirements ● Fluent in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written). ● Minimum HSK Level 4 or equivalent proficiency. ● Good understanding of both Chinese and Indonesian working cultures. ● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. ● Strong communication and coordination skills. ● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. ● Willing to work onsite in Jakarta Pusat.   How to Apply Send your CV to : jessyca@varioncoffee.com Recruitment@varioncoffee.com with the subject line: Project Administrator (Mandarin Speaker) – Varion Coffee   Important Notes Only candidates with proven Mandarin language proficiency (minimum HSK Level 4) will be considered and shortlisted for this position.
