Localization Specialist Job
🔹Position: Computer Vision / SLAM Engineer 📍Location: Pune 💰Salary: Up to 16.5 LPA Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Computer Vision / SLAM Engineer with strong expertise in multi-camera calibration, 3D reconstruction, and embedded systems. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize advanced perception algorithms for ADAS and automotive applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance calibration algorithms for multi-camera systems. Implement procedures to correct lens distortion and camera misalignment. Create algorithms for 2D to 3D reconstruction and projective transformations. Design and implement Visual SLAM algorithms for real-time localization and mapping. Perform feature extraction, matching, and tracking for vision-based perception. Integrate SLAM algorithms with LiDAR, IMU, and other sensors for sensor fusion. Validate algorithms using real-world and simulated data. Collaborate with hardware, software, and vehicle control teams to integrate perception algorithms into ADAS and safety systems. Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 functional safety standards. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in computer vision, image processing, and machine learning. Proficient in C/C++ and Python. Expertise in camera calibration (OpenCV, ROS). Strong grasp of 3D reconstruction, homography, and projective transformations. Experience with Visual SLAM frameworks (ORB-SLAM, LSD-SLAM, RTAB-Map). Automotive ADAS and sensor fusion experience preferred. Knowledge of embedded systems, real-time optimization, and ASPICE/CMMi process models. Strong mathematical and analytical background. Personal Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Highly motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented. Strong organizational and project management skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
