Job Summary:

We are looking for a Pricing Analyst with 3+ years of experience in telecom pricing, specifically in B2C prepaid and postpaid products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team of 2-4 people and designing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.   Exposure to UK, European, and USA markets is essential.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in telecom pricing, specifically in B2C prepaid and postpaid products. 2. Proven track record of leading a team of 2-4 people and designing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share. 3. Exposure to UK, European, and USA markets is essential. 4. Strong understanding of GA, Churn, commercials, margins, and sales forecasting. 5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions. 7. Strong leadership and team management skills. 8. Experience in B2B pricing is a plus. 9. Knowledge of telecom regulatory requirements in multiple countries. 10. Certification in pricing or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute pricing strategies for B2C prepaid and postpaid products across multiple countries. 2. Lead a team of 2-3 pricing professionals and provide guidance and coaching to ensure team members are equipped to deliver high-quality pricing recommendations. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business objectives. 4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions. 5. Develop and maintain pricing models, including GA, Churn, commercials, margins, and sales forecasting. 6. Design and implement pricing plans for each country, taking into account local market conditions and regulatory requirements. 7. Monitor and report on pricing performance, including revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition/retention. 8. Identify opportunities for pricing optimization and implement changes to drive business growth.
