Punjabi Technical Writer Job

We are hiring for a Content Writer (2–4 yrs) role at Credentia, where we’re building deep-tech SaaS solutions that automate and digitize background verification for enterprises across India.

Location: PAN India (Remote) Experience: 2–4 Years Immediate joiners preferred

💡 About the Role:

We’re looking for someone who has worked at a SaaS company or has experience writing for SaaS products, with strong skills in creating both marketing and knowledge-based content including blogs, case studies, website copy, FAQs, and how-to guides.

♦️ Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Write and manage blogs, website content, newsletters, and case studies. 🔹 Support product documentation (manuals, FAQs, and guides). 🔹 Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams. 🔹 Research market trends and simplify technical concepts. 🔹 Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all content.

♦️ Required Skills:

🔹 2–4 years of experience in content writing & documentation. 🔹 Strong English communication (written & verbal). 🔹 #SaaS or software product company experience (mandatory). 🔹 Willingness to handle product documentation (training provided). 🔹 Strong research and storytelling ability.
