💰 Rate: $35/hr 🕒 Schedule: 30 hours/week (10 AM – 4 PM EST, M–F) 📍 Location: Fully Remote (within the U.S.) ⏳ Contract: 6 months (open for extension)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time (30 hours/week) basis! This role is perfect for someone who loves building logic-based email workflows, collaborating across teams, and executing creative campaigns that drive results.

📋 Key Responsibilities: • Build and code email workflows using an ESP (Email Service Provider) • Create logic-based customer journeys and automation • Support marketing communications and event campaigns • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams • Navigate Figma for design-related tasks (no design work required)

🎯 What You’ll Bring: • 3–7 years of experience building and sending emails via ESPs • Strong skills in Iterable, Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau • Experience with workflow automation and campaign execution • Bonus: Familiarity with HubSpot, Jira, Asana, Trello, and Figma • Background in B2B, SaaS, tech, or real estate industries
