JAPANESE INTERPRETER - BUSINESS OPERATION
Key Responsibilities Manage executive schedules, arrange meetings, and prepare minutes Provide translation & interpretation (JP ⇔ EN / Bahasa Indonesia) Communicate and follow up on directives with managers & field staff Review Japanese-language documents (meeting materials, contracts, SNS posts, etc.) Prepare simple reports (sales, expenses) using Google Workspace Support franchise partners and conduct field visits (motorcycle required) Conduct market, competitor, and regulatory research, and prepare written reports Translate executive policies into actionable implementation plans across the organization
Mandatory Qualifications Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N2 and above (MANDATORY) English: conversational level or higher Proficient in Google Workspace / MS Office Motorcycle driving license (SIM C) Minimum 2 years of work experience as a secretary, translator/interpreter, or in a coordination role
Preferred Qualifications Experience as an Executive Secretary / Executive Assistant to senior management Background in F&B, franchise, or startups Basic knowledge of accounting and numerical management Experience coordinating multiple people or cross-departmental tasks Desired Traits Honest, attentive, and highly aware of confidentiality Able to understand instructions and communicate them clearly to management & operational teams Proactive in execution while maintaining a big-picture perspective Motivated to act as the “right hand” of the Japanese CEO and support smooth organizational operations
