🎯 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS High School / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent IT experience) Fluency in Mandarin / Cantonese & English (read, write, speak) 0–5 years relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome) Strong communication, cultural understanding, and attention to detail Ability to adapt in dynamic situations while maintaining confidentiality

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide accurate, first-person interpretation (Mandarin/Cantonese ↔ English) Follow interpreter protocols and confidentiality policies Handle calls and translation requests in a professional manner Support with reporting and documentation using MS Office & tools Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
