Mandarin Translator

Location: Bosch Car Service Indonesia Kelapa Gading Flagship

Main Responsibilities: 1. Translate company documents, emails, manuals, and contracts between Chinese ↔ Indonesian/English. 2. Provide interpretation support during meetings, phone calls, and visits to ensure smooth internal and external communication. 3. Ensure translation accuracy and clarity, aligned with business and technical contexts. 4. Assist operations, HR, and management teams in communication with Chinese-speaking counterparts. 5. Quickly learn and apply relevant company-specific technical terms. 6. Strictly maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.

Qualifications: 1. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chinese Language, Chinese Literature, Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, or equivalent experience. 2. Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); HSK level 5–6 preferred. 3. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong language skills are welcome to apply). 4. Fast learner, adaptable to company culture and technical terminology. 5. Preferably available for immediate placement. 6. Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure. 7. Familiar with basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
