𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 3 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐬 500, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬:

8 am - 11:40 am: Grand Hall (500 attendees) 11:40 am - 01:00 pm: Break 01:00 pm - 03:30 pm: Parallel Workshops it all happens at the same time with different topics ( 120 attendees for each workshop) 4:00 pm – 5:30 Pm: Grand hall again (500 attendees) For Interpreters: English <> Arabic English <> Spanish English <> French 3 simultaneous interpreters for each of the following language pairs needed
