We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager / Specialist who can take full ownership of our email marketing operations, from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up the complete 360° infrastructure for email marketing, ensuring deliverability, and integrating with CRM systems like Salesforce.

š—Ŗš—µš—®š˜ š—¬š—¼š˜‚ā€™š—¹š—¹ š——š—¼:

• Set up the complete email marketing infrastructure, including domains, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and warm-up systems to ensure high deliverability. • Configure and manage email sending accounts and dashboards in Salesforce, integrating them with marketing workflows and reporting structures. • Develop and manage end-to-end email campaigns, from segmentation to automation and analytics. • Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and personas to align campaigns with target audience needs. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design effective email sequences, newsletters, and nurture campaigns. • Ensure high email deliverability and maintain a strong domain reputation across campaigns. • Conduct A/B testing for content, subject lines, and layouts to optimize campaign performance. • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness, conversions, and ROI. • Maintain a clean, compliant, and segmented contact database (GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant). • Stay up to date with best practices, compliance policies, and emerging trends in email marketing.

š—Ŗš—µš—®š˜ š—Ŗš—²ā€™š—æš—² š—Ÿš—¼š—¼š—øš—¶š—»š—“ š—™š—¼š—æ:

• Proven experience in setting up and managing a 360° email marketing infrastructure. • Strong understanding of email deliverability, DNS configuration, and inbox optimization. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including setting up email accounts, automation workflows, and dashboard reporting. • Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar tools. • Deep understanding of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) targeting for B2B marketing. • Familiarity with B2B technology or software development services is highly preferred. • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
