As we scale, we’re hiring a Community Manager to run day-to-day social operations and deepen cultural engagement across some of the world’s most iconic IPs.

Role Overview: The Community Manager is the front line of the brand, equal parts strategist, responder, trend-spotter, and culture whisperer. You’ll run the day-to-day heartbeat of our client’s social channels, turning fandom into fuel and moments into momentum. You understand the nuance of gaming, the do’s and don’ts of working with third-party IP, and the stakes of representing brands that live in public. You’ll collaborate with content creators, strategists, and clients, making sure every post, reply, and moment is on-brand and culture-forward.

Key Responsibilities: Day-to-Day Social Operations - Manage and execute day-to-day publishing across various platforms for a gaming client - Write thumb-stopping copy and lead conversations in real time - Identify cultural moments, memes, and opportunities to enter relevant conversations - Collaborate with Social Producers and Designers to concept and launch trend-responsive content

Community Management & Engagement - Actively engage with fans, creators, and subcultures in-platform to drive meaningful connection - Develop and implement social playbooks, escalation protocols, and engagement frameworks - Source, vet, and spotlight UGC, gameplay clips, or community creations

Cultural Listening & Trend Spotting - Stay ahead of platform changes and trending formats - Pitch weekly ideas based on meme cycles, and relevant hooks - Keep a radar on competitors and best-in-class community engagement

Client & Internal Collaboration - Act as a client-facing lead for community initiatives and campaign planning - Partner with strategy, creative, and production to shape content from concept to execution - Provide weekly social insights, reports, and optimization suggestions - Travel occasionally for shoots, activations, and community moments

What We’re Looking For: - 3–6 years of experience running branded social and community accounts - Experience working with third-party IP (gaming, entertainment, or character-driven brands) - Deep understanding of gaming culture, meme language, and fandom dynamics - Comfortable being client-facing, collaborative, and executional in a fast moving environment - Willingness to travel as needed for shoots, activations, or pop-ups
