Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the overall brand strategy and positioning of 3ANUTA.

• Build and execute a long-term brand strategy aligned with company vision and objectives. • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and materials. • Maintain and continuously evolve brand guidelines to reflect market growth and identity. • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness and engagement. • Plan, manage, and launch marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels. • Oversee all marketing platforms and touchpoints. • Manage marketing budgets, media buying, and track return on investment (ROI). • Collaborate closely with the creative team/marketing agency to produce high-quality, on-brand content.

• Organize and manage field marketing initiatives and events. • Coordinate with the Business Development team to align marketing with sales strategies and partners strategies.

• Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. ________________________________________ Qualifications & Requirements • 2–5 years of experience in brand management or marketing. • Strategic mindset with strong execution and operational skills. • Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools. • Experience managing budgets, creative production, and event logistics. • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in content creation, management, and copywriting. • Passion for innovation, financial technology (fintech), and creating meaningful impact.
