Short-Form Video Editor (Full-time, Remote)

I’m expanding my team and looking for a creative, fast, and audience-focused short-form video editor to help create high-performing YouTube Shorts and Reels for my clients’ YouTube and Instagram pages.

Role: Short-Form Video Editor

- I’m looking for a quick, creative editor who understands short-form storytelling and pacing.

- You should know how to grab attention in the first 3 seconds and retain it till the end.

- You should have an intuitive understanding of trends, hooks, and how to make content scroll-stopping.

What I’m Looking For:

- A thinker who doesn’t just cut clips but knows what makes them go viral. 2 to 4 years of experience in short-form editing (freelance or full-time).

- Strong proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Understanding of social media trends, meme pacing, and storytelling formats.

- Ability to repurpose long-form YouTube content into engaging short-form cuts.

- Strong sense of typography, motion graphics, and sound design.

- Updated with AI-based tools for subtitles, auto-cuts, and creative automation.

- Good taste in background music and trending sound selection.

- [Non-negotiable] Must be disciplined, communicative, and able to deliver on deadlines without supervision.

What You’ll Get:
